Tap into your subconscious and explore what motivates your fear. Typically, there is an experience that shaped your reaction to the stimuli that causes you fear. Once you have identified that motivation, it can allow you to break down the fear and move through it.
Many fears are fueled by your mind worrying about what will or could happen. Practicing mindfulness breaks that flow of fear into the future and plants your feet firmly in the present which allows you to focus only on what is in front of you.
